As a consequence of the ongoing situation, the Italian Government is in the process of adopting a new decree (Third Decree) containing emergency measures aimed at ordering a further and wider suspension of a number of categories of business.
The report is based on the most recent version of the draft decree and aims to serve as a real-time update. We will of course monitor the situation as it evolves.
