US Tax Roundtable, co-hosted with USTAXFS

At our US tax roundtable session, an event co-hosted with USTAXFS, we will be discussing some key tax issues faced by UK based fund managers which invest in, or raise money from, the US. This will be an in-person roundtable event hosted in our One London Wall office on 7 February 2023. 

We will be joined by Stacy Martin and James Debate from USTAXFS, a boutique firm based in London that specialises in US tax compliance and planning for European Fund Managers. The session is aimed at people in finance and operational roles at close-ended GP/LP funds that have, or are targeting, US investors, or that are investing in US assets. The aim of the session will be to provide insight into common issues for fund structuring, compliance and reporting such as ECI, PFICs and UBTI.
