Communications Review 2022 | Key developments in telecoms security, the EECC and Ofcom digital markets review

Osborne Clarke’s Telecoms team invites you to join us for our Communications Review 2022, where our experts will cover a number of topical issues facing the Telecoms industry from a business, legal or regulatory perspective. While we were going to host this year’s in person, due to TfL strikes on the 10 November, we’ve had to pivot to two webinars. The in-person event will be postponed to 1 March 2023. 

The first in this two part series on 10 November will focus on three regulatory issues:

1.    Five months on from the last EECC implementation deadline – is your business meeting the requirements
2.    How will the UK telecoms security rules impact telecoms operators and their supply chain?
3.    What will Ofcom’s digital markets programme be looking at? This will include a review of Ofcom’s consultation on the UK net neutrality framework
