Osborne Clarke advises BNL BNP Paribas on financing granted to Almaviva Santé

Almaviva Santé, one of Europe’s leading private healthcare groups with 55 facilities in France, Italy and Canada and over 11,000 professionals, and BNL BNP Paribas have finalised a financing transaction worth a total of €19 million aimed at refinancing the acquisition of the Villa Letizia care home in the municipality of L’Aquila, as well as the associated post-acute care facility Villa Dorotea and the Villa Fiorita care home in the municipality of Prato.
