Osborne Clarke Advises NewSpring Capital on Bite Investments’ Acquisition of Untap Software Ltd

International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised private equity firm NewSpring Capital, alongside Cozen O'Connor as US counsel, on its acquisition of Untap Software Limited, a portfolio management and fund-intelligence platform for investors and wealth managers.

This transaction follows Osborne Clarke's advice to NewSpring Capital on its growth capital investment in Bite Investments in September 2025. Bite Investments is a leading provider of technology solutions for the alternative investments sector that digitises the investor journey through its platform, Bite Stream. The acquisition of Untap Software further strengthens Bite Stream’s capabilities across fund intelligence, portfolio management, and investor reporting.
