Osborne Clarke appoints corporate lawyer Richard Porter as partner

International legal practice Osborne Clarke welcomes corporate lawyer Richard Porter as partner to its London team.
Previously a partner in A&O Shearman’s Singapore office and Shearman & Sterling’s London office, Porter is an M&A specialist in the tech, media and comms, and energy transition sectors.
Richard Porter advises international corporations and financial institutions on a wide range of cross-border corporate transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, equity issues and restructurings.
