Osborne Clarke advises Intelligent Automation platform Capably AI on its $4 million Seed investment round

International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Capably AI, an Intelligent Automation platform which helps businesses delegate work to artificial intelligence, on its $4 million Seed funding round.
Capably AI is setting the standard for how professionals automate work with AI, operating autonomously in the background and acting as an extension of the teams it supports. Anyone within an organisation can use Capably to automate back-office tasks and in turn drive greater productivity and efficiency.
The funding round was led by Boost Capital Partners, with participation from other major funds, Concept Ventures, Sure Valley Ventures, Arāya Ventures, Haatch, Koro Capital, Wayra UK, and Ascension Ventures. With this investment, Capably AI is poised to accelerate the adoption of Agentic AI and Intelligent Automation, empowering employees within organisations to work smarter, faster, and more efficiently than ever before.
The Osborne Clarke team advising on this transaction was led by corporate Senior Associate Uday Mehra and included Partner James Taylor.
