K&L Gates advised Barings, US real estate investment management company, in relation to the acquisition by the closed end Italian real estate alternative investment fund “Value Add II Italy”, managed by Savills Investment Management SGR S.p.A., of an area for developent in the Bicocca district of Milan, which, following development, will be destined for office use, and owned by the seller Lambda S.r.l., a company belonging to the Focus Investments group.

Osborne Clarke advised BPER Banca S.p.A., as lender, arranger and agent bank, and UBI Banca S.p.A., as lender and arranger bank, in the financing granted in favour of the “Value Add II Italy” investment fund.
