The banking & finance department of Baker McKenzie assisted Banco BPM in the Euro 31.9 million loan granted to a company belonging to AKNO Group for the design, construction and management of a building for logistics use. 

Osborne Clarke's Banking & finance department assisted AKNO Group in the negotiation and execution of the financing transaction with a team led by partner Andrea Pinto assisted by associate Laura Cipollone and trainee Sofia Stefani.
