Il dipartimento Banking & finance di Baker McKenzie ha assistito Banco BPM nel finanziamento di 31,9 milioni di euro concesso a favore di una società del gruppo che fa capo ad AKNO Group per la progettazione, costruzione e gestione di un fabbricato ad uso logistico. 

Il dipartimento Banking & finance di Osborne Clarke ha assistito AKNO Group nella negoziazione ed esecuzione dell’operazione di finanziamento con un team guidato dal partner Andrea Pinto coadiuvato dall'associate Laura Cipollone e dalla trainee Sofia Stefani.
