Osborne Clarke advises Shilling VC and Plus Partners on seed investment in Punto Health

International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Shilling VC and Plus Partners on their co-lead investment in the seed funding round of Punto Health, a London-based digital health company focused on dementia and cognitive care.

The round, will support further product development and commercial expansion in the UK and Spain. Other investors in the round include Exceptional Ventures, Heartfelt, Fondo Bolsa Social and ABAC Nest.

Founded in 2023 by engineers Anna Muñoz-Farré and Jack Eckersley, Punto Health is developing an AI-powered platform for early detection and personalised support in dementia and cognitive decline, working with leading clinical partners in the UK and Spain.
