Osborne Clarke France strengthens its Life Sciences practice with Eléonore Valleur joining the Team as Counsel

Osborne Clarke France announces the on-boarding of Eléonore Valleur as Counsel within its Life Sciences team. As a lawyer specialised in healthcare, Eléonore is a seasoned expert in complex litigation, particularly in health products’ liability matters.

Eléonore has been advising French and international players in the life sciences sector on this type of specific litigation for more than ten years and has a thorough understanding of the ethical and regulatory environment in this sector. Her expertise covers, in particular, litigation relating to healthcare products, regulations applicable to medicines and medical devices, and the ethics in interactions between the industry and healthcare professionals.

Biographical details

Eléonore holds a Master II degree in Health Products and Health Industries Law (Paris V - Descartes University).

Before joining Osborne Clarke, she practised for nearly ten years, notably at Simmons & Simmons, where she mainly worked on complex cases in health and life sciences law. She also held the position of legal counsel in the legal department of Teva Santé, where she was responsible for compliance issues and relations with healthcare professionals.
