Draycott S.r.l., a holding company operating in the energy sector, has acquired a biomethane plant located in the province of Cremona from Azienda Agricola Bertesago, a leading producer in the area.
Osborne Clarke advised Azienda Agricola Bertesago on all corporate aspects relating to the sale of the biomethane plant, with a team comprising partner Giovanni Penzo and associate Myriam Ambrosio.
Draycott S.r.l. is an investment platform specialising in the biogas and biomethane sector, controlled by Azora Capital. The company is active in the acquisition, development and management of plants dedicated to the production of renewable energy, with the aim of promoting circular economy models and contributing to the decarbonisation of the energy system.
