International law firm Osborne Clarke has advised Robiquity Group Limited ("Robiquity"), a specialist Intelligent Automation services provider, on an investment by Growth Capital Partners ("GCP").

Robiquity has ambitious plans to become a clear independent leader in the automation space, with an intention to create over 100 new technology jobs in the UK as well as drive international growth, which will be realised with the support of GCP's investment.

Robiquity is one of the few leading UK independent service providers with a heritage in implementing robotic process automation applications and enabling businesses to automate and scale manual processes using technology. Since its inception in 2016, Robiquity has rapidly evolved and now has a team of 100 operating across the UK, North America and the Middle East, providing end to end support for global clients from strategy through to a managed service offering in the financial services, consumer and telco sectors.

The Osborne Clarke team were absolutely critical to getting this investment deal across the line. Their commitment and support to our leadership team was critical to ensuring we had total clarity and confidence behind every decision we made. Their advice was invaluable, and the effort and dedication they individually put into the process was hugely appreciated.
