Osborne Clarke advises Raymond James in connection with Infopro Digital's £114.5m recommended cash offer for Haynes Publishing Group

International legal practice Osborne Clarke has again advised Raymond James Financial International in its capacity as financial adviser to Infopro Digital in connection with its £114.5 million recommended cash offer for UK Main Market listed Haynes Publishing Group P.L.C. to be effected by means of a scheme of arrangement. 

Haynes is a leading multi-national supplier of content, data and innovative workflow solutions for the automotive industry and motorists. Infopro Digital is a leading independent provider of business-to-business data and platforms, events and insight, committed to servicing professionals across the automotive aftermarket, construction, insurance and finance, industrials, public sector and retail sectors internationally.

The acquisition is expected to complete in the second quarter of 2020.
