Osborne Clarke advises Immobiliare.it in its acquisition of HabitatSoft SL

Immobiliare.it S.p.A., Italy's leading real estate portal operator (www.immobiliare.it), has acquired the entire share capital of HabitatSoft SL, the company operating the real estate portals Pisos.com (www.pisos.com), Pisocompartido.com (www.pisocompartido.com) and the HabitatSoft management software from the Spanish group Vocento. This transaction consolidates the presence of the Immobiliare.it group in Spain, where it already operates with Indomio.es (www.indomio.es) and Enalquiler.com (www.enalquiler.com).
