International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Growth Capital Partners ("GCP") on its minority investment in Container Solutions ("CS"), a specialist cloud services provider.

GCP’s fourth investment from its Fund V will support Container Solutions’ ambitious growth plans, supporting existing clients whilst winning new strategic relationships, all underpinned by the business’ specialist and highly sought-after technical capabilities.

Since its inception in 2014, CS has provided specialist cloud services that solve business problems by designing, building and implementing technology solutions in a Cloud Native manner. The funding will allow CS to further establish itself as a forward-thinking business with an innovative approach to cloud technology and build their global operations to deliver large scale transformations for its growing base of large clients.

GCP is a long-standing, valued client that Osborne Clarke has advised on numerous matters, including its recent investments in design and delivery consultancy, Hippo Digital, political, policy, regulatory and competition advisory firm, Flint Global and cyber security services company, Bridewell Consulting.
