International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Growth Capital Partners (GCP) on its minority investment in Flint Global, a political, policy, regulatory and competition advisory firm.

GCP’s investment will support the next phase of Flint Global's growth, through talent acquisition, broadening the service offering for clients and long-term development of business functions.

Flint has achieved remarkable growth since it was founded in 2015 with deep sector expertise in financial services, pharma, technology, telecommunications, energy, and sustainability. It provides services to clients from its offices in London and Brussels.

Osborne Clarke's Private Equity Partner Tim Hewens has a long-standing and valued relationship with GCP, having advised the firm on a number of matters, including its recent investment in digital transformation consultancy, Hippo Digital.
