International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised the shareholders of Advancing Analytics, a leading European data and AI consultancy, on a strategic growth investment from Lead Edge Capital, a global growth equity firm. 

The investment will support Advancing Analytics’ next phase of growth as demand for data insights and AI expertise continues to accelerate worldwide. Osborne Clarke advised on all aspects of the transaction.
