Harry is a lawyer in our Corporate team, specialising in private equity and M&A.

Based in the London office, Harry advises on a broad range of corporate matters and has particular experience in advising founders, management teams, companies and institutional investors in private equity and M&A transactions.

Harry qualified as a solicitor in September 2022 and first joined Osborne Clarke on qualification.
