Osborne Clarke in Paris advised and assisted Groupe Lucien Barrière (GLB) in elaborating and negotiating its partnership agreement with BetConstruct, a technology and services provider for online, land-based gaming industry and sports betting, holder of the ANJ approval (the National gambling authority) for the platform launched under the BarrièreBet brand.
This platform is dedicated to sports betting as a first step and may evolve towards horse betting and poker offers.
