Osborne Clarke advised Groupe Lucien Barrière (GLB), leader in luxury hotels and casinos, as part of its strategic partnership with Betconstruct to launch the online gaming platform Barrierebet in France.

Osborne Clarke in Paris, assisted the Lucien Barrière Group (GLB) for the development and negotiation of the partnership agreement with BetConstruct, market leader in platforms, technologies and services for gambling and sports betting and holder of ANJ approval for the platform launched under the BarrièreBet brand. This platform is initially dedicated to sports betting and may evolve into horse racing and poker offers.
