Au Rayon de Soleil operated a personal services business in La Réunion, including home care services for the elderly and people with disabilities.

Domissori is a specialized provider of personal services with deep roots in La Réunion, developing home care methods inspired by the Montessori philosophy. The company operates within the framework of the social and solidarity economy, with the goal of building a sustainable model that serves its clients, employees, and the local community in La Réunion.

This transaction will preserve nearly 100 jobs in La Réunion and ensure the continuity of a service that is essential for clients and their families.
