Ignite Group acquires Finestri Subsidie Management

Osborne Clarke has advised Ignite Group on the acquisition of Breda-based Finestri Subsidie Management, a full-service agency in the Dutch grant market. The transaction marks another important step in Ignite Group’s ambitious European growth strategy and further strengthens its presence in the Netherlands.
The acquisition forms part of Ignite Group’s active buy-and-build strategy to become a leading European grant and funding advisory firm. By adding Finestri’s team of approximately 12 specialised professionals, Ignite Group expands its service offering and sector expertise, in particular in the healthcare sector.
Finestri is known for its full-service approach to grants and its strong position in healthcare, education and ICT. Joining Ignite Group gives Finestri access to a broader international network and digital innovations, creating new opportunities for clients and enabling them to be served even better with thorough advice and careful accountability.
This transaction underlines Osborne Clarke’s strength in advising on strategic M&A and buy-and-build projects in the financial services and innovation space in the Dutch and wider European market.
