Agnieszka Szczodra ‑ Hajduk and her team strengthen Osborne Clarke’s employment practice

Published on 1 September 2026

A three-person employment law team led by attorney Agnieszka Szczodra‑Hajduk is joining Osborne Clarke's Warsaw office. Agnieszka Szczodra‑Hajduk joins the firm as a Partner and will simultaneously take over as Head of the Employment & Pensions Practice. She will be joined by advocate trainees: Aleksandra Fiuk and Weronika Kobylarz.

This addition considerably enhances the firm’s capabilities in advising on both individual and collective employment law matters, enabling it to provide even more effective support to clients on complex employment projects and disputes. The arrival of Agnieszka Szczodra-Hajduk's team strengthens the practice with complementary expertise and experience, bringing the team’s total headcount to eight. Combining the knowledge and experience of the two teams will enable Osborne Clarke Poland to address an even broader range of client needs across the wider HR law landscape and further strengthen its position as one of the leading teams in this market.

Renata Dłuska, the current Head of the team, will continue to support the firm, contributing to key strategic and business development projects while sharing her extensive knowledge and expertise.

I am delighted that Agnieszka and her team are joining Osborne Clarke. Her experience in complex employment matters and transactional projects is an excellent fit for the needs of our clients, particularly in the context of the rapidly evolving regulatory landscape affecting the labour market. I am confident that our strengthened employment law practice will be an important pillar of the continued growth of our firm in Poland.

At the same time, I would like to express my sincere thanks to Renata Dłuska, who has been with us since Osborne Clarke began its operations in Poland. Your commitment, legal expertise and hard work have been among the pillars of our success.
