Yousuf Chughtai is a Senior Associate in our tax disputes team.

Yousuf has a wide ranging practice covering all aspects of contentious tax matters relating to both corporates and individuals. Yousuf also has experience of supporting clients at all stages of the HMRC enquiry process and guiding clients through alternative dispute resolution with HMRC.

As well as his expertise in settling and litigating tax disputes, Yousuf also has an interest in understanding the key tax risk and compliance issues impacting large and complex businesses.
