Drawing on his previous experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer, Will has advised on acquisitions and disposals of distressed companies and worked on substantial commercial disputes which have had an insolvency context, including the Lehman Waterfall III proceedings.

Will has advised a wide range of stakeholders, including lenders, insolvency practitioners and boards of directors, on all aspects of pre-insolvency strategy and contingency planning.
