Warren is an associate in the Corporate/M&A team.
He focuses his practice on domestic and cross-border transactions, private equity, restructurings, joint ventures, as well as on corporate law matters.
Before joining Osborne Clarke, he was associate at French law firm.
Warren holds Master 2 in Business law and management from the University of Paris II Panthéon – Assas (2018). He was admitted to the Paris bar in 2021.
