Vital Blanchet

Vital Blanchet is an Associate in Osborne Clarke's Competition & Commercial team.
He advises and represents French and international clients in competition law, distribution law and commercial law matters. He works on the structuring and operation of distribution networks, with a particular focus on franchise law, as well as on commercial contracts, restrictive trade practices and commercial litigation. He also represents clients before the French commercial courts.
Vital holds a Master's degree in Business Law (Distribution and Competition Law) and a DJCE (Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d'Entreprise) from Aix-en-Provence University. He has been admitted to the Lyon Bar in 2024.
