Victoria is an Associate in the residential development team.

Victoria acts for national and regional housebuilders, in acquiring their sites for immediate development as well as strategic longer term development opportunities. Victoria also acts for registered providers on their acquisitions as well as affordable housing sales for housebuilders.

Victoria's has a broad background in residential and commercial property acting for high net worth individuals, LPA receivers, lenders and public sector clients.

Victoria joined Osborne Clarke in January 2019 and qualified in March 2019, having spent 3 years previously as a paralegal dealing with residential and commercial property transactions.
