Victoria Aujla
Victoria is an Associate in the real estate disputes team in London. She advises a broad range of clients, including real estate funds and investors, developers and corporate occupier clients, across a full spectrum of commercial landlord and tenant disputes. This includes dilapidations, possession claims, break options, 1954 Act lease renewals, enforcement of lease covenants and associated asset management advice.
She also has significant experience acting on a wide range of disputes relating to residential and mixed-use property, regularly advising on possession claims and service charge disputes, as well as rights to light and adverse possession claims.
Victoria is experienced in managing claims through the courts and the Tribunal system, and in helping clients resolve disputes commercially through negotiation and alternative dispute resolution.
A member of the Property Litigation Association, Victoria joined Osborne Clarke in October 2025.
Acting for investor landlords to enforce lease covenants in the pursuit of rental and service charge arrears and successfully obtaining possession of property where compliance is not forthcoming.
Working with property agents and investor clients to manage commercial property portfolios including lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
Assisted a commercial tenant in the successful settlement at mediation of a signicant dilapidations claim by its former landlord.
