Valentina's practice focuses on the areas of business crisis and insolvency.
She advises SMEs in insolvency proceedings and corporate restructuring (at at an even earlier stage, in the ambit of the new instrument of the Negotiated Settlement) and, more precisely, arrangements with creditors, debt restructuring agreements and tax settlements, working in close co-ordination with every client also in the management of the day-to-day life of the companies. She also advises on judicial winding-up petitions, claims, proposals for arrangements with creditors in the ambit of judicial winding up proceedings, applications for admission to the list of creditors and opposition proceedings.
She advises clients in general commercial matters, and she assists them in liability actions.
