Dr Ulrike Bär, Head of the Tax Group at Osborne Clarke Germany, advises companies in the Health Care & Life Sciences and Tech, Media and Comms sectors on all matters of national and international tax law.
Her specialisation lies in tax-optimised structuring of companies, transactions and investments, particularly in the cross-border area. With her tailored tax strategies, she helps companies minimise their tax burden while complying with legal requirements.
In tax disputes, Ulrike supports her clients with her extensive experience and represents them in court. She also assists companies in developing and implementing internal processes to ensure compliance with all tax regulations (Tax Compliance).
