Timo Bosman advises national and international companies on AI, data use and data protection law, with a focus on regulatory advice on the AI Act, the Data Act and the GDPR. He helps clients implement digital business models and create value from their data, IoT products and AI use cases.

Timo completed his legal studies in Heidelberg, Hamburg and Brussels. Since 2018, he has specialised in data protection law and, as the EU data and AI strategy evolved, broadened his focus to data access and use under the Data Act as well as AI Act compliance and AI procurement projects. As part of a secondment, Timo worked for several months in the AI governance team of a DAX30 client.

Timo is a regular speaker at tech law conferences and is an author of the BeckOK KI‑Recht (commentary on Articles 22-25 AI Act). He regularly publishes on data protection, data use and AI regulation.
