Timo Bosman advises national and international companies on data and data protection law. He helps clients to implement digital business models and create value from their data. He focuses on the use of Artificial Intelligence.

Timo studied law in Heidelberg and completed his legal traineeship in Hamburg and Brussels. He specialised in the intersection of data (protection) law and competition law in the industry 4.0, especially on legal issues related to big data applications, data trade, rights in data and access to data. While working for the European Commission in Brussels, Timo gained extensive knowledge in international data flows.

Timo is author of specialist articles on data protection law.
