Tim is a Senior Associate in the London banking team with a broad range of banking experience, including growth and venture lending, real estate finance and corporate and leveraged working capital and acquisition financings.
His experience includes acting for a wide selection of lenders and borrowers on bilaterial and syndicated facilities.
Tim joined Osborne Clarke in 2018. He trained and qualified at Clifford Chance LLP, a role that included an in-house legal secondment at an investment bank.
