She supports clients in all matters of employment law. In addition to comprehensive employment law contract drafting, her expertise also includes all issues relating to works constitution law.
Sophie studied law at the Albert-Ludwigs University in Freiburg im Breisgau and in Stockholm with a focus on employment and social law. Before joining Osborne Clarke, she worked as a research assistant in the employment law department of a German law firm and gained further experience in this field during her legal clerkship in Hamburg.
