Seraina Kokkinos, LL.M.
Seraina Kokkinos advises and represents clients in complex civil and commercial disputes with a focus on IT litigation.
She advises on all aspects of civil and procedural law and represents clients before state courts and arbitral tribunals. Seraina also assists at the early stages of potential disputes and regularly advises on conflict management strategies and dispute avoidance.
A particular focus of Seraina’s practice is on disputes related to software contracts. Her expertise further extends to corporate disputes as well as disputes in the energy and consumer goods sectors. In addition, she has several years of experience with cartel damage litigation.
Seraina grew up in Athens (Greece) and Zurich (Switzerland). Before joining Osborne Clarke in May 2017, she studied law at the University of Freiburg and obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from King’s College London. During her legal traineeship, she worked at the German Federal Foreign Office and in international major law firms in Berlin and London. She is a member of DIS40, ASA below 40, and the German-Swiss Lawyers’ Association (DSJV).
