Roman Gruber

Roman Gruber advises companies on all aspects of commercial and distribution law.

He specializes in drafting commercial contracts and represents national and international companies in court and out-of-court disputes.

Roman first studied economics in Bonn and Cologne and then moved to Konstanz to study law. During his legal clerkship, he worked in the commercial team of an international law firm and the legal department of a sports association. He has been admitted to the bar since August 2025.
