Redouan is a Junior Associate on the Employment team in Brussels. Redouan advises clients on a daily basis with respect to individual and collective labour issues and assists companies with redundancies, restructuring, acquisitions and negotiations with the unions. He has a particular interest in discrimination and procedures with protected workers. Moreover, Redouan defends clients' interests before the various Belgian labour courts.

He obtained his degree from the Catholic University of Leuven in 2022, during which he also pursued part of his studies at Université Saint Louis in Brussels. In 2025, Redouan joined Osborne Clarke, following previous experience at a Belgian niche law firm specialising labour and social security law, as well as at an international law firm.
