Piotr is an expert in technology transactions. He specialises in designing and negotiating IT contracts and intellectual property. He advises on building agile contracting and purchasing models. Piotr has extensive experience in advising on the implementation of cloud-based solutions, in particular in financial sector.

His area of business focus and real personal passion is Artificial Intelligence. Piotr was involved in very early legal projects on AI implementation, as well as in the development of AI-based legal-tech solutions.

Piotr has advised on IT projects worth several hundred million zloty, both in private and public sector, concerning a number of IT solutions of strategic importance to Polish government agencies, financial institutions, IT providers, organisations from the healthcare and energy sectors.
