Philippa Rigby is a partner at Osborne Clarke's London office, part of a growing team of expert Corporate lawyers.

Philippa specialises predominantly in Corporate Real Estate, having advised across a breadth of real estate sectors including care homes, student accommodation, hospitality, offices, data centres and residential. She also has extensive private M&A experience within the retail, technology and infrastructure sectors.

Within Corporate Real Estate, Philippa has delivered commercially focused advice to a range of clients, from international plcs, REITs, private equity houses, asset managers and global investment banks. Such work has included joint ventures, acquisition and disposal of SPVs, opco/propcos and JPUTs.

Philippa’s M&A practice focuses on business and share acquisitions and disposals to and for private equity houses, founders and owner managers. Philippa has led complex and high value domestic and cross-border transactions.

Philippa is experienced in leading, drafting, negotiating, and closing deals, always delivering results in a confident and efficient manner. She leads a senior-led, relationship-driven practice, with a focus on considering both the technical and human elements to any deal. Philippa’s clients frequently comment that they enjoy working with her - she is known for her ability to meet client’s targets in a challenging landscape, all whilst maintaining a sense of humour.
