Philipp Lührmann
Philipp Lührmann advises national and international companies, project developers and energy supply companies on contractual and regulatory issues in the field of renewable energies and decarbonisation projects.
He focuses on drafting and negotiating power purchase agreements for green electricity (PPAs), supply and offtake agreements for biomethane, hydrogen and other RFNBO, as well as the marketing of green attributes such as Guarantees of Origin, GHG quotas and Proofs of Sustainability.
He also advises on the regulatory requirements of the German and EU energy markets, including the optimisation of energy costs in the areas of electricity and energy tax, individual grid fees and various levies and charges, as well as on the structuring of direct wire concepts. Philipp studied in Göttingen and completed his legal clerkship in Berlin and New York.
