Paula advises domestic and international clients on company law and corporate governance, with a particular focus on cross-border M&A transactions and the restructuring of business groups.

Paula holds a law degree from the International University of Catalonia (UIC). In 2023, she obtained a Master's degree in Law from Pompeu Fabra University (UPF) and in 2025 she completed an Executive Master's in Business Legal Advice at IE Business School.

Before joining Osborne Clarke, Paula developed her professional career in the Corporate M&A department at PwC.
