Patricia specialises in advising national and international clients on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions of companies, joint ventures, private equity, corporate restructuring and commercial contracts.
Specializing in M&A, Patricia also advises national and international clients on a wide variety of general corporate issues.
She was educated at the Pompeu Fabra University, Barcelona, graduating in Law in 2006. She also studied in Geneva (Switzerland) a year programme in international law offered by the Université de Genève.
