Niklas advises mid-market companies, start-ups, stock corporations and European stock corporations (SE), as well as their shareholders and board members, on all aspects of corporate law – from day-to-day advisory work to complex transactions such as M&A deals, joint ventures and restructurings.

He has a particular focus on corporate law, advising both publicly listed and private companies. In the area of corporate transactions, he acts for clients on both the buy side and the sell side.

On restructurings, he supports companies with internal reorganisations as well as mergers, hive-downs, demergers and conversions.

Niklas completed his legal traineeship in Stuttgart, where he gained experience as a research associate and as a trainee at a mid-market commercial law firm and in the legal department of a listed stock corporation. He studied law at the University of Tübingen.
