Monika specializes in labor and immigration law.

Monika advises clients on all legal aspects regarding to individual and collective labour law.

She supports clients with preparation of the employment documents, such as employment or civil law contracts, non-competition agreements, as well as internal regulations. She actively participates in the projects connected to whistleblowers, litigation and corporate processes from the employment law perspective.

Her experience includes also advising on legalization of stay and work of the foreigners in Poland.
