Mo is an Associate in our Commercial team. He advises on a range of commercial, IT and data-related matters and works with clients to put in place complex IT infrastructure and ensure data compliance.

Shortly after qualifying, Mo spent a year on back-to-back client secondments. During this time, he worked for legal teams in the highly regulated financial services sector and the TMT sector.

Mo qualified in March 2020 and joined Osborne Clarke as an Associate in 2022.

Helping you succeed in tomorrow's world

In my capacity as a trustee on the board of directors at the Myriad Centre, a charity supporting individuals with profound and multiple learning disabilities, I help with legal compliance. I am also part of an oversight committee overseeing the development of the centre.

I am a council member of the Bristol Law Society. I'm interested in legal tech and have worked on a variety of legal tech committees to promote the growth of technology in the profession.

Advised on a digital suite of agreements as part of a revolutionary digital transformation piece for the company across several jurisdictions including the United States and Hong Kong.

Stericycle

Currently drafting and negotiating an outsourcing agreement for the implementation of complex IT infrastructure.
