Matthis is an associate of the Restructuring and Insolvency practice.

His practice encompasses a wide range of “in-court” and “out-of-court” restructuring, both counselling and litigation, representing debtors, shareholders, creditors, investors or company directors navigating distress and insolvency issues.

Before joining Osborne Clarke in 2024, Matthis completed several restructuring internships at leading international law firms.

Matthis holds a Master 1 in business law from the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas and a Master 2 in business and tax law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. He also holds a university degree in insolvency law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
