Marlinde is an Associate of the Banking & Finance department of Osborne Clarke Amsterdam.

Marlinde advises a wide range of national and international clients such as corporates, financial institutions and (real estate) investors in their capacity as lender or borrower in financing transactions.

Areas of practice include, amongst others:

  • Real estate finance;
  • Renewable financing (solar- and wind farms);
  • General corporate finance; and
  • Venture and growth financing.

Apart from financing transactions, Marlinde also advises on general banking & finance, insolvency and restructuring matters.

Marlinde graduated cum laude with the focus on private law and business law at the University of Groningen and was admitted to the Amsterdam Bar in 2021.
