Marie-Claire is a Senior Associate in Osborne Clarke’s Commercial team.
Marie-Claire advises on a range of issues including data protection, IT and software, intellectual property rights, telecoms and general commercial agreements. She also coordinates large-scale multi-jurisdictional projects and is a regular contributor Osborne Clarke’s marketing law blog.
Marie-Claire graduated top of her year with a First Class law degree and has also completed MA modules in International Business Strategy and Finance, with distinction. She trained with Osborne Clarke and qualified in September 2017.
